Ranks
The Air Leagues ranking system rewards members for there leadership ability, these ranks include
 | | Leading Cadet |
Earned by members who show leadership ability. This ranks job is to assist the corporal.
 | | Corporal |
If a Leading Cadet shows clear leadership aptitude they will earn the Corporal rank. This ranks job is to take charge of a Section (5 cadets).
 | | Sergeant |
If a Corporal shows aptitude with leading large numbers of Cadets they will earn the Sergeant rank. This ranks job is to take charge of a Flight (18 cadets).
 | | Squadron Sergeant |
If a Sergeant shows aptitude with leading NCO's they will earn the Squadron Sergeant rank. This ranks job is to take charge of NCO's.
 | | Warrant Officer |
Earned my members who show high level leadership and organisational skill. This ranks job is to assist officers in carrying out their duties.
